Hailee's Birthday Gift & Party

So for Hailee's 11th birthday she finally got the ONE thing that she has been asking for!! She finally got her DOG!! Jeff and I had been talking about getting a dog and Jeff happened to go by one of the animal shelters and found the perfect pet for us! Rowdy is about a year old and part boarder collie.

The kids were ecstatic when Jeff pulled up from work with dog in the back of his truck. Kyle was the first one to see the dog and started yelling, "you got me a dog, daddy!!!" They Hailee finally saw what was going on and couldn't believe her eyes!

So far, he has been a really good dog. He has only eaten THREE of Jeff's water hoses, ate the end off one soaker hose & eaten the wires to the fish pond...but other than running off with a shoe every now & then he is just a normal dog!

Then on Saturday, Hailee's girlfriends, Ali and Kayla came over and Jeff and took the girls to Incredible Pizza in San Antonio. They girls had a blast playing games, riding the bumper cars, & go-carts!

It is really hard to believe that Hailee is already 11 years old!
