The Animal Farm

Today we went out to Bulverde Texas to visit the Famyard with our moms group. There were lots of different animals and the children enjoyed feeding them all. Here is Kyle looking at the horse.


We thought this was the BIGGEST COW we had ever seen until the owner told us it was an Ox...totally makes since now! Kyle was checking it out.

So, for months now Kyle has had a terrible fear of dogs...when a dog came around he would SCREAM and climb Jeff or myself and get as high as he could....Well, I think he is over his fear of dogs...There were three dogs running around the entire day and he did just fine. When he laid eyes on the horse, he wanted to ride!! He loved sitting on the horse and did not want to share or take turns. Just look at this smile!!

And here was Kyle after his turn to ride the horse...the poor child just wanted to get back on it and ride, ride, ride.... poor baby...he will have to ask his daddy for a horse now.

Here are just a few more pictures. There were lots of other animals not pictured here. There were chickens, geese, rabbits, goats, pigs, and a lamma (sp?)...There was also a very small baby jack-rabbit and new born baby chicks.

Best buddies Aidan and Kyle holding hands...After our fun at the Farmyard, Melissa and I took the kids to Pizza Hut and we enjoyed good pizza while we let the boys terrorized the place...Melissa and I (and Hailee) are sure that Pizza hut will have all of our pictures behind the counter so the next time they see us coming they put out the CLOSED sign. I think that our two toddlers dirtied up about four tables and tried to break down the bathroom door!! Poor, Jeff would have had a heart-attack had he seen the place when we left!
