Ta-tas & laundry

October 1st; Today starts breast cancer awareness month...so make sure you check your ta-tas!!!

So, this morning Kyle and I got up and ate breakfast...Kyle has yogurt, cheerios and milk and I had my diet coke zero and organic pop-tarts. I check my e-mail and the KinderMoms message board while Kyle ate and watched WordWorld and Dora. Then made Kyle's lunch for Mother's Day Out today, then against my son's will...he got dressed. And off he was to MDO. He did really good this morning for not wanting to go. He gave me a kiss and hugged me (he didn't let go) and Mrs. Elizabeth took him to play with the other kids...NO tears this morning. Thank goodness.

Once I arrived home my washer had finished washing the load of laundry that I had placed in it before Kyle and I left for town. It has now been TWO FULL weeks since I have stopped using my drier.

I just love having my cloths lines up with wet laundry waiting for the sun to dry them (& all the penny's it is saving me!!!!)

My electric bill arrived today...it is less than last month but I am still not happy. I am going to call Pedernales on Monday and get a run down of the kWh per day for the past two weeks and see if I am really saving money by not using my drier. This month we used 1405 kWh. Last month we used 1809 kWh...so we are doing better but it has also been cooler the last month!
